Susan Britton - Founder & Director

Susan is a wife of 22 yrs and mother of 4. Her passion for worship began as a teenager in her local church.  She enjoyed music and the way it touched her heart. She was content swaying to the music in the pew... until about 6 years later... Susan witnessed dance as an expression of worship in the church. Immediately there was a connection. It captivated her and challenged her to look at moving a little more in worship.

A weekly Youth Program provided opportunity for dance. So learning as she went along and co-choreographing pieces, the journey of dancing for the Lord began. Susan took ballet lessons from a local school during this time.  Motherhood kept her busy, but over time opportunities to Dance for the Lord came through churches and conferences.

“It has taken time to gain a good measure of freedom to express my self. I had to first become comfortable with who I was, to believe in myself and develop my dance style. My favorite thing is worshipful hearts, eyes fixed on Christ and a flow with what the spirit of the Lord is doing in the worship time.”

Susan has continued to take dance lessons in Ballet, Israeli and Jazz. She also develops her herself through various leaders training courses.
